lightshow
lightshow
Watch it in BIG to get the real effect.
The history of this picture:
Some weeks ago i had the thought to build up a tripod in my car and make some interesting photos ... of course originally this is not my idea, i was inspired my some great similar pictures.
So, as i got my new wide angel lens at wednesday, i decided to try this idea on the next day. On my way home frome work in the evening on thursday i installed the camera in the back of the car, and made shots during the drive with the cable release. I did about 200 shots, and used exposure times between 2 sec. and 30 sec.
Canon 400D – Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3,5-4,5 USM
ISO 100 – 10 mm – f/8,0
When i came home, i watched the results and decided to make a combination out of different pictures. First I chose the most interesting 4 photos and made a test retouch with low-res jpg files to test my idea. You can see this version below in the comments.
Today on friday i made the final retouches.
First I chose 9 pictures for combining. I developed theme from RAW-Files and put them together in Photoshop.
Lowres retouch: 30 minutes
RAW converting: 40 minutes
Final retouch: 50 minutes
What do you think about the final result?
I can approve you to test this ... its great fun. And driving home or to work gets more exciting ;-)
